The image film, titled “Connection”, emotionally addresses the values of the Swiss bank and its positioning as a flexible partner for its customers. Directed by Paulus Bruegmann, the film succeeded in creating an ad with a strong emphasis on empathy: Each person writes their own story – and this story is unpredictable. That’s why it’s good to know that you have a strong financial partner at your side, one that can respond flexibly to the current life situation and is always there for the customer, even across generations. The image film was launched with an online media campaign.
In summer 2019, the bank CIC launched the eLounge as a new digital service channel. Brandpulse developed another film concept to advertise this service and make its functionality comprehensible to customers. The animated film, produced by Prodigious, introduces customers to the services of the eLounge through an easily understandable promotional and explanatory film.
Another film was again developed in cooperation with Prodigious. This animated film deals with the multifaceted possibilities of the CIC bank’s multibanking offer. It again highlights the uniqueness of the financial institution’s flexible, personal and at the same time digital service.
