Within the framework of a comprehensive desk research, Brandpulse analyzes customer insights as well as the international brand environment and conducts personal management interviews in the sense of a field research. This preliminary work is the basis for a multilevel workshop cycle with the Saturn brand committee. The goal is to find not only a visionary wording but also a brand promise that can easily be implemented by the collaborators. The outcome of the brand session is a well-defined value proposition.
