International and categorized the market in terms of brand strategy. The outcome of the analysis led to both corporate strategic and brand strategic, as well as brand conceptual insights. From the formulation of the brand strategy, Brandpulse defined the differentiation potential of Heads! International and formulated the positioning with brand promise and value proposition.

Based on the new brand strategy, the design strategy could be determined and from this the new brand appearance could be developed, which embodies the “Board Advisory” core competence.
Based on this strategic foundation, Brandpulse developed a holistic brand appearance that authentically embodies the core competence of ‘Board Advisory’. The new branding includes a distinctive logo design, the claim ‘Placing Value Creating Leaders’ and a differentiating color coding. The new brand world was brought to life through a modern website, communication media, and a special ‘Join us’ platform with employer branding films. The successful launch of the new brand took place at an international employee event in Milan.
