In a comprehensive brand analysis, Brandpulse examined the market and competition, conducted interviews with clients, placed executives and employees of Heads! International, and categorized the market from a brand strategy perspective. The outcome of the analysis led to insights regarding corporate strategy, brand strategy, and brand conception. From the formulation of the brand strategy, Brandpulse defined Heads! International’s differentiation potential and formulated the positioning with brand promise and value proposition. This strategic foundation enables the company to position itself clearly in the market and optimally communicate its core competencies.

Based on the new brand strategy foundation, the design strategy could be determined and the new brand appearance developed, which embodies the core competency of “Board Advisory”. The new design reflects the company’s professionalism and innovative strength.

Brandpulse developed the branding with new logo design, created the claim “Placing Value creating Leaders”, defined a differentiating color coding, the imagery, communication messages and implemented the website. Additional sub-projects: PowerPoint presentation, white papers and brochures, flyers, stationery, event touchpoints, employer branding, “Join us” website with films, give-aways and a style guide.

The new brand was launched at an international employee event in Milan, where the new brand identity was successfully presented.
