The 700 EP specialist shops in Germany stand for innovative high-quality brand products, personal expert advice and comprehensive service.
The continuous structural change within the CE trade, the strong competitive pressure as well as the changing demands of the target groups require an in-depth review and further development of the brand. In order to identify the current brand perception as well as the needs and expectations of the customers, Brandpulse orders a well-known market research institute to conduct a qualitative research study on a national level.
Simultaneously, Brandpulse collects, analyzes and evaluates relevant insights through personal interviews with about 30 retailers (representing the 700 retailers in Germany). The positioning-relevant findings from the comprehensive market and customer analysis form the basis for EP’s new brand positioning, which is developed in a strategic workshop with all relevant marketing managers.
