The 700 EP specialist shops in Germany stand for innovative high-quality brand products, personal expert advice and comprehensive service.
The continuous structural change within the CE trade, the strong competitive pressure as well as the changing demands of the target groups require an in-depth review and further development of the brand. In order to identify the current brand perception as well as the needs and expectations of the customers, Brandpulse orders a well-known market research institute to conduct a qualitative research study on a national level.
Simultaneously, Brandpulse collects, analyzes and evaluates relevant insights by means of personal interviews with about 30 retailers (which represent the 700 retailers in Germany). The brand positioning of the EP brand is based on all positioning-relevant findings of the comprehensive market / customer analysis. This positioning is developed within a strategic workshop in cooperation with all relevant marketing managers.
