Delight reinvents the brand

It’s about time for a complete rebranding: Klosters‘ local mountain reinvented itself as a brand after comprehensive investments into its infrastructure.

 

A modern skiing and hiking area, a sunny plateau with an amazing panoramic view, superior gastronomy, events and adventures within the theme park: Madrisa’s assets provide the perfect basis for a new positioning of the skiing and hiking mountain as a mountain of delight for everybody – in summer as well as in winter.

On behalf of the group of investors which holds the majory of shares in the Klosters Madrisa mountain lifts since 2014, Brandpulse developed the new positioning as well as the new appearance and implemented the brand across all mediums: ranging from traditional implementations (such as advertising material, print products, clothing, vehicles, payment cards, give aways, etc.), to the digital presence (including the website and social media concept), and environmental implementations such as environmental design and signage throughout the mountain area, as well as the design of the new chairlift and summit station.

For communication purposes, the Grisons comedian Claudio Zuccolini was enlisted as brand ambassador for national PR activities. In collaboration with Maybaum film, three commercials were developed, which were broadcasted via regional TV channels as well as social media.

The claim “Enjoy the moment” is the new guiding principle for each and every visitor of the Madrisa: Enjoyment and delight in all of their forms are top priority on the Madrisa.
